About Michael
At 16 years old, Michael Maisey was sitting alone in a prison cell believing his life was over. Years of poor decisions, addiction and self-destructive behaviour had taken him to a place he never imagined possible.
Since getting sober from alcohol and drugs in 2007, Michael has dedicated his life to understanding what creates lasting change. Through nearly two decades of personal development, recovery work, leadership training, breathwork, meditation and emotional processing, he has transformed his own life and helped thousands of others do the same.
Today, Michael is a TEDx speaker, business coach, entrepreneur, charity founder and Bestselling Author. He works with business owners, leaders and organisations to build stronger teams, develop confident leadership and create businesses that provide both success and freedom.
Drawing on lived experience, practical business knowledge and years of supporting people through transformation, Michael helps clients gain clarity, overcome challenges and focus on what matters most.
