Service Description

From the outside, leadership can look strong and in control. But behind it, I know it can feel heavy—pressure, responsibility, constant decisions, and people looking to you for direction. Whether you’re building something of your own or leading others, it can feel like you’re always carrying it, always thinking, always trying to stay on top of things. Not everyone is meant to step into leadership in this way. But some people feel it. A quiet pull to do more. To take what they’ve been through and turn it into something meaningful. To build, to lead, and to take responsibility not just for their own life, but for others too. This work is for those people. Since getting sober in 2007, I’ve spent years doing the work on myself—learning how to take responsibility, face the truth, and build a life that feels aligned. Alongside that, I’ve built businesses, grown organisations, and stepped into leadership in the real world. Not from theory, but from walking it, learning it, and continuing to live it. What I’ve come to understand is this: Real leadership isn’t just about what you build—it’s about who you become while building it. It’s about how you handle pressure, how honest you’re willing to be with yourself, and how you show up when it matters. In our time together, we focus on both sides of that: The inner work—self-awareness, accountability, and becoming someone who can hold space for others without losing themselves. And the outer work—taking what you’ve learned and building something real: creating your own organisation, events, or offering leading people in a grounded and responsible way putting the right structures, boundaries, and standards in place handling conflict when it shows up This isn’t for everyone. But if you feel that pull—to step up, to lead, and to leave your own footprint—you’ll know.
